Support for Eugene Mission

Industrial Finishes and Systems has been a proud supporter of the Eugene Mission for many years, and recently had the opportunity to show their support at the 1st annual Eugene Food Truck Fest, sponsored by SELCO Community Credit Union. Twenty-eight local food trucks participated in the fundraiser, offering ten percent of their proceeds to help towards the homeless and wellness center.

Held at the Valley River Center on June 18th, 2016, each food truck competed to be named “Eugene’s Favorite Food Truck,” with a second truck to be awarded the “People’s Choice Award.” With an anticipated estimate of 4,000 attendees expected to show, everyone was amazed when the actual numbers came in. More than 13,000 people attended the fest, raising roughly $45,000 for the Mission. Not only was parking hard to find, but food sales were off the charts!

Industrial Finishes showed its support by handing out ice cold water to attendees, as well as other fun stuff, including T-Shirts, posters, frisbees, all located next to our iconic green 32’ Ford Coupe and tent.

The event was the first, but the Eugene Mission plans to make it an annual event.

Our Guiding Principles
