Ben Else, Industrial Finishes’ equipment specialist, concentrates on giving customers the full experience before purchasing equipment. “I typically meet with the customer to discuss the need,” Else said. “That’s followed by complete a day or half day demo so they can see the product first hand.”

IF Equipment Sales Industrial Finishes’ new “Equipment Transportation Vehicle” has been making the rounds in Oregon and southwestern Washington with Ben Else behind the wheel. January 2014 brought a new form of sales to Industrial Finishes. With the easy transportation method, the company has begun to sell equipment, already having supplied equipment to over 25% of the automotive shops in the region.
Else foresees continued growth in equipment sales. “If a body shop wants to stay up to date, they need to invest in new equipment; that is where we come in,” Else said. “We supply them with the technology and expertise to meet their needs.”
